You own one or two dishes from start to finish — the prep, the seasoning, and your turn at the wok.
Yiting starts with the ingredients: what they are, how to choose them, and why they matter in a Chinese kitchen.
Then everyone sits down to share what the kitchen made — the same table and conversation as a home dinner.
Recipes for every dish — ingredients and method — are emailed to you after class.
This is a real home, not a teaching studio — so it works the way Chinese family kitchens always have.

Yiting cooks Shanghai and Sichuan food at home. Every dish is served on tableware she made herself in Jingdezhen, and in the right season some of the vegetables come from her own plot outside the city.
