Welcome
Years of living overseas taught me that the best way to understand a place is through its food and everyday life. That's exactly the Chengdu we want to share with you.
About me
I'm Melody. After years in cybersecurity, I followed my love of travel into tourism. Duke and I met as product managers; he now works in AI, and I'm the household's chief baker and dumpling quality inspector.
Languages
We speak English and Mandarin.
Outside the kitchen
I love baking; my orange chiffon cake is the house specialty. We're also into travel, tech and AI, and meeting people from different backgrounds.
Travel experience
I've visited more than twenty countries and spent years living overseas. I've always loved meeting people from different backgrounds.

Things to know
Food preferences
The dumplings, the rib and radish soup and the orange chiffon cake are on every table; two or three of the Sichuan dishes rotate. Guests are welcome to join the dumpling folding.
